Job Description
We are currently looking to hire a Sales Consultant to support our Gutter, Gutter Protection & Outdoor Living division.
This role has the ability to be partially remote!
Key Responsibilities
- Develop an expert level of understanding on all products and sales processes.
- Run leads and visit homeowners (daily) to assess their needs. Give accurate product demos and recommend solutions that will help solve their issues.
- Work with Sales Manager to identify sales performance expectations. Meet and exceed these expectations through a defined sales approach.
- Attend home shows, internal/external lead generation events, and help manage showroom hours when necessary.
- Visit job sites to ensure complete homeowner satisfaction.
- NO COLD CALLING – All appointments are scheduled through our Marketing Department.
- 1-3 years of progressive sales experience. Home improvement sales is preferred but not necessary.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. High attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, make quick decisions, and be self-directed as an outside Sales Consultant.
- Ability to work evenings and every other Saturday when needed.
- Attend off-site classes and training seminars when necessary.
- Dependable, clean vehicle, a valid Driver's License, and acceptable insurance coverage.
